Exit procedure for Tourist visa (B-2)

Hello,

My parents visited me on a B-2 (Tourist Visa) for a month and left US last week. With the new electronic I-94, they were not given any I-94 at the port of entry. I was able to retrieve the electronic I-94 from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

The FAQ section says I should not be able to retrieve this information after the Visa holder has left the US. But I am still able to see this information for my parents (they left last week).

Is there something else they had to do before they left? I want to make sure that they are not recorded as an "overstay".

Give couple weeks and try it again.... you don't need to do anything else besided that.
