wow reading all this is just crazy! i dont understand why some people have to wait forever for an approval and others get it so fast (we filed oct 2012 and it was in missouri and approved after 4 weeks)

it all seems to be so random! sorry for you guys who have to wait so long, keep your heads up!

It really is rediculous, especially since everyone pays the same amount of money for the same service. It really is very simple to do a backgroung check, interview, and medical screening. I just pray that whenever this new NBC in Kansas opens, it can really speed things up. 16+ months is a long time to wait for your spouse to get here!

USCIS

9/15/12 - Married in Tbilisi, Georgia

7/15/13 - I-130 Application submitted

7/29/13 - NOA1 (Overland Park, KS)

1/22/14 - Case transferred to California Service Center, being processed

1/29/12 - USCIS Approval of I-130 Immigrant Petition
