Hey, I just spoke to the NBC where they are handling my I130 and they told me that at the moment, they are working on October 2012. I sent my I130 on February 2013. That’s a lot of time, toooo much time. We basically have about 4 or 5 months before they get to my papers. THAT’S CRAZYYY. Should I cry or should I laugh?

That's BS.

They've been saying that quite often for the last 6 months.

If you filed in May then your case is at NBC/Overland Park, KS. There are two NBCs. One in Missouri, and one in Kansas. Both have the same, MSC, code.

They should become fully operational soon, if they aren't already. We don't know.

Sorry to hearing that your case still not approval but I want to tell you about I sent my I130F on Feb25,2013 and still not approval too. My husband call to USCIS call center many time and they told us our case still not approval becos now they are working for approoved green card who apply last year and now time line for CR-1 visa at NBC changed from 9months to 13months that make me hurts very much. I don't understand one thing why some peple here sent I130 after me about April of this year and now got approoved by NBC already? I thought the NBC are Unjustified really. I am tried my heart so much and I cried many time now I live apart from my husband about 1year I sad.crying.gifcrying.gifcrying.gif

As an October 2012 filer, approved in March 2013 at a local USCIS office,

I find this news to be shocking.

perhaps it's just BS, something said to you to get you off the phone.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I think they are lying to you, fortunately. We filed November 15, 2012 and our CR1 was complete with visa in hand on July 20, 2013. The entire process took 8 months. So I think we just have to assume they are lying to you. We will be praying for you.

Good luck and God speed,

Aloha Ke Akiua
