Hey Olehandro. I don't think it should be a huge deal since you've applied under either the 3 or 5 year rule and that's the time period they'll focus on with your travels. The furthest they should go back is 2008, and the missing passport was expired long before that. I think you'll be fine. smile.png

You're welcome Olehandro. Even though it's not necessarily essential, keep looking for your passport and bring it along to the interview if you find it.

I'm ok, thanks for asking. Getting a bit anxious now because it's 6 weeks in line and 12+ weeks in total processing time so far with no word on interview scheduling. Hope to hear something soon, but see that others ahead of me have gotten nothing yet. It's weird too since Atlanta recently updating their processing times to 5 months. You'd think that means things are going much faster than usual, but so far that doesn't seem to be the case. Oh well, patience is a virtue....so the wait continues!

Stepdaughter's passport expired shortly after she came her, thanks to her biological dad, could never renew it, but not required by law to renew nor save it either.

So for her five year application, her trips abroad for the last five years was zero. This deals with meeting the residency requirements. no trips, no problems. She never took her way outdated old passport with her.

With abroad trips, then they will want to see your passport to verify the trips you listed on the form. Wife's IO just glanced at it, and said okay. Don't know how she did that, can spend hours doing that as sloppy as these POE guys are stamping the book all over the place and even putting stamps on top of existing stamps. Then they don't reink their stamps, just a blur.
