Hello you fine folks out there!

I needed some help and guidance. I am a US citizen who applied for the spouse visa. I have purposely delayed my trip to America because of work. I started the process in 2011 and since then I have been doing tid bits of work on the process. Currently, I will be sending off the I-864EZ to North Hampshire with all the relevant documents in a few days. My questions is, in the interim can I apply for a DCF i.e. start the process over and since I meet the legal residency requirement for the Kingdom, I should not have a problem?

Also, if I decide not to go the DCF route, what are the chances my wife can get a vistior's visa until the I-864EZ is approved?

I appreciate any help and guidance. Mucho Gracias!!

DCF is not available in the country that you live in (assuming you mean you live in Saudi Arabia).

This is the list of places that offer DCF: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Visitor visas are hard for people to get who are in the process of obtaining an immigrant visa, as part of the evidence required for the visitor visa is that you have strong ties to your home country and do not have immigrant intent. It can be tried (and it'll only cost you the fee to try - the denial won't effect the outcome of your immigrant process), but it makes it harder.
