I am married to a girl that I thought I love for 5 years now and I finaly able to get her here in the states 3 months ago but in the 2nd month she ran away 60 miles to work since she doesn't have a social security number yet then recenty I found out she was cheating on me with a guy over there. She has a 10 year IR-1 visa since we was married for so long but I didn't see her much over the years since I am in the military. I am confused what I should do since it will not work out now that I had been had by her. I want her to get deported back to the philippines but with a 10 year green card It may not be possible. any thoughts?

Sorry... With a 10 year GC, nothing you can do at this point... Sorry you have to go through this but chin up, protect your finances, change your locks and move forward. In 5 years, she will qualify for citizenship which would eliminate your obligations for the 864... But other than file for divorce, nothing much you can do and definitely not get her deported...

As you say you are married. Divorce this person and move on. She doesn't have a 10 year visa; rather a green card. She will self destruct soon enough and it wont take 10 years.

What makes you think she has no social security number. Of course she does. She stayed 2 months long enough to collect green card social# card and go.

You or ur co-sponsors are on the hook for the I-864. All you can do is divorce her to at least make her citizenship be 5 years instead of 3.

You can write to USCIS and tell them you believe it's fraud with proof. At least hopefully something in her file to stop her from becoming a citizen.

Sorry dear for ur heartbreak.

We tried to apply for one for her before the government shutdown but they rejected her application because they couldnt verify her identity and wanted us to contact immigration to fix it. Her passport and greencard is in her maiden name but the ds-230 application was for her married name.

I didnt find out she was cheating until recently, for the 3rd month she was up there working up there because she has a relative that is a supervisor in a company. I tried my best to convince her to come home and do this properly by going to the ssa building which before the shutdown gave her a letter saying they cant verify her. Later we tried again but with the shutdown we was turn away imediatly. The time I come to visit her since her work they can live there I noticed her attitude change dramaticly and I felt something was wrong that with some digging its when I found out about the other guy living in the city over there.
