You need to explain a little more. How did you come to the US? How are you filing for AOS?

I am using k1 visa but I have an old petition before and the manila embassy didn't question about that. And now I am thinking if that will affect my adjustment status this time.

If you filed an I-129F petition before this current one you were approved for, then the old one will not be an issue for AOS. You are eligible to apply for AOS based on your current I-129F approval/K-1 visa entry and marrying within 90 days of that entry.
