Hi :

I filed for my mom Green card. I got the i-130 approved and have paid all the relevant fee.

While filling my I-864 i was unemployed. My spouse filled the I-864A as support. We are much above the poverty line.

Today I have got an 6 months contract offer @ $60/Hour . Do I heed to fill a new I-864 and send it to NVC or just send them the appointment letter from the employer.

I think this will make my case stronger.

The case is still pending @ NVC and not been transferred to the foreign consulate.

Please advice.

Your case is pending what? What aer they waiting for. If you have case complete just have updated I-864 with your mom at interview. You need to find out what they are waiting for so you can get case complete.
