Hi, everyone. I filed petition for my two sons who are in the Philippines last October 2010. After 3 years, they have been approved by USCIS, just waiting to hear from NVC. My problem is they both moved to different addresses. Same country but different cities. Does anyone know how i can report this change of adress?? Thanks in Advance

Look at your NOA2. There's a phone number there that you can call and inquire to.

If they're in the F2B category (unmarried 21 years old and above), waiting time is 10 years. You won't hear from NVC until around 2019..
