of course having problems getting thru to pay the immigrant visa fee..says something about a 3rd party..can anyone help???

If you are talking about an I-130 or I-485.there should be not third party involved - unless you are going through an attorney. You should include a personal check, cashier's check with your application. There is no "pre-pay" option for these VISAs. More details?

No no..itsd the fee you pay once approved..for the green card...$165

Because you (or your beneficiary) are arriving from outside the USA? Thought you were in the USA already. My bad.

It is working now. I just paid the fee $165.00 for my wife.

Just as an FYI, it will take at least a month, but right now closer to 3 months, after POE, to get the green card but his endorsed visa in his passport will be his temporary visa for up to a year. Also because of the gov't shut down, he likely won't get his SSN anytime soon.
