2 Sponsor Options

I recently have had my I130 approved NOA2 Sep 30,2013.

I have 2 options for sponsor

A) Income of over 120K per year but only 15-20k in the bank due to a recent investment in India

B) Income of about 70k per year and has about 50k in the bank.

Which one is a better pic? Option B is a blood relative, and Option A is her spouse.

Money in the bank doesn;t matter, income is more important

That being said, if they are married, you can have both. One spouse files the I-864 and the other I-864A

Yes they don't matter your money in the bank how much. Very important thing that you have filed tax return every year if you have one

If your income does not meet on the poverty line then you will need co sponsor
