Hi all!

We filed for AOS October 1, 2012. We received the EAD and AP in November of 2012. We received a request for additional evidence in August of 2013 from the Milwaukee office and send in our evidence at the end of August 2013. It has now been over a year and we have still not received the green card and at the end of November, my husband's work permit and AP will expire. I am afraid we are going to have to file for the EAD extension asap!! Does anyone else have any experience with the Milwaukee office? Should I be calling the USCIS as there are also no updates posted for our case on the website nor automated case status? Any help or advice is appreciated!! Thanks.

I agree with Pinkrlion. File a service request with USCIS ASAP and also renew your EAD/AP card ASAP.

Unfortunately, due to the government shutdown you won't be able to contact your Senator or Congressman to intervene, but as soon as you can, you should get in touch with them.

Now that the government is open, you need to contact your senator's office and speak to the representative that handles immigration, complete the consent form, so they can investigate also.
