New Instructions for Juarez- Oct. 2013

As of Oct. 7th, the DS-160 will now be used for all K-1 applicants. If you were scheduled before Oct. 7th, the change does not affect you. http://travel.state.gov/visa/questions/news/news_4413.html

No more DS-260 or DS-156(&K). You will only need to complete the DS-160 online now. You are now also required to get police certificates(certificado/carta de no antecedentes penales). It seems like they are trying to streamline things and make every consulate require the same documentation.

Thank you so much, another question, in case of my fiance, he lived in the US on a J1 and a Q1..... how do we go about getting the police record from the US? do we even have to get one or is it from any other country except US?

New instructions came out in Dec. Not many changes really, but seems they now have 3 medical clinics instead of just 2. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/k1k4dec13.pdf
