So to pay it they need the D160? Isn't that all online? How can we get a copy of it?

umm... did you even receive package #3 yet? all the instruction is there. Once you do it online then you can print out the D160 form. Yes you need to complete package #3 before even starting the new process.

If you haven't receive package #3 then you need to wait for that.

We never recieved it in the mail. despite them having sent it. We ended up gathering the necessary papers and mailed them in.

Is this important she sent package 3 already, they seems to have recieved it. Why i need appointment package for????

Will this cause issues????

However, K1 (fiancé) visa applicants will now be required to schedule their appointments and pay the visa application fee per the instructions on www.ustraveldocs.com/vn. K1 (fiancé) applicants should not schedule their appointment until after they have received an Instruction Package from the Consulate.

can someone folow up on this after they paid, does it give letter to go to medical exam? or we still need package 4 or need to recieve it?

Nope. You need to download package 4 from the consulate website. The PDF has the instructions and address for the medical. After you schedule your interview date, there will be a print out of the interview date. You need to print this out and bring it with you in order to do the medical.
