Filing I 765 (EAD) for US Citizen spouse currently on B1 / B2 visa

Hi,

Need info on Eligibility category for Q16 of i 765 (EAD).

Background;

I arrived in the USA on B1 (to conduct business) and got married to a US citizen. My stay in US is still valid (less than 6 months since arrival). We are filing for i-130, i-485, i-131 and i-765 combined.

For my i-765 (EAD) filing, i need to fill Q 16 about eligibility category for EAD filing. The closest options present on USCIS guidelines are;

(a) (9) - Non Immigrant Spouse of US Citizen on K Visa -- ON B1 VISA AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THIS CATEGORY FILING?

© (9) - Adjustment Application -- AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THIS CATEGORY FILING (pl note i will be filing for i-485 same time) ?

IS THERE ANY OTHER CATEGORY I AM ELIGIBLE FOR ?
