Still nothing from NVC

I130 was approved last August 29 of this year. Kept calling NVC every week and still getting the same response that they don't have my husband's case yet. Though few days ago (after mulitple calls prior to that) a tier 2 USCIS agent told me that CSC sent the case to NVC on the 1st or 2nd of this month, October. I hope and pray that it'll not get lost while the papers is on its way to NVC. I have been reading a few forums where some are very unfortunate 'cause NVC never received their case and had to do the work again with USCIS. That really worries me a lot.

I am in the same boat as you, my I130 was approved on 9/23/13 and sent out to NVC. After calling few times they told me they didn't received my case yet. So I emailed them 11 days they replied my email saying that I should scan my I-797 and send them. Feel like some of us in limbo cray5ol.gif

How did you find out that they did send it to NVC? Goodluck to your journey. Hope we'll have good news soon.

We are in the same boat! Ive been calling NVC (which is like hellish!) almost everyday to check if they have received my son's case already which so far (last friday was the latest) is a NO. I called up USCIS last week and asked if they have transferred the case to NVC, Officer Chin said yes and even gave me the date (10/2). I relayed this matter to NVC last thursday and again, friday but they insisted that they havent gotten it yet. It is very frustrating. The problem is, theres no confirmation number or anything concrete which USCIS can provide me as a way to refute NVC's denial. i have no choice but to keep calling NVC. Sucks!
