I-864 help!

Good day VJ!

I am the petitioner and already has a co-sponsor,since i haven't been working for about 5 years now. so now i am filling up my I-864 form for my husband and i need help.. I just want to make sure i fill everything out correctly. We are DCF btw

On the Part. 4

It states Sponsor's Mailing Address and Sponsor's Place of Residence, for the Mailing address do i put our Philippine address? And for the Residence do we put the Philippine address or my US address?? I'm really confused

and below part 4 it says other information such as Country of Domicile: (I put my US address right??)

and for Part 5. HOUSEHOLD SIZE

1. Enter the number you enter on line 7 of Part 3

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit

2. Yourself

3. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse

4. If you have dependent children, enter the number here.

1. So i put a "1" for #1 for husband
2. 1 as well for #2
3. For #3 do i put 1 as well since i'm married?? or no, since i already put him for #1.
4. For #4 do i put "1" as well since we have a child together?

Sorry guys if my post is a lil confusing. Hope to get some feedbacks!

Thanks! Got it, just wanted to make sure pero i write it in hehe. Oh and for #4 i put 1 right for my son even if he is not included in the petition?
