You can do as many jobs at the same time as you want. You should put them all on the form. I don't understand what you mean by "well if u dont pay the tax than you are in trouble". Is that a question? You need to file and pay taxes on all your income, yes.

your question isn't enough to understand the situation, However, let me ask you something it might help understanding the question. Have you ever pay taxes since you're a LPR? are you currently paid by check or cash on your both jobs ? if check you must pay taxes if cash then it is going to be trouble unless you tell them you're currently STUDENT.

Wife has two concurrent jobs, on working full time as an interpreter, other part time. Just listed both on the N-400, each with different starting dates, both to present,

Told her to put in a 0 in her second job in her W4, but she put in a 1. With the combined income putting us in a higher tax bracket always have to send in a check with our return. But thinking about it, we rather owe money to the IRS then to hope and pray we get a return. And make sure that money is in our savings account, if you don't pay your taxes, can end up in jail.

But at least with that money in our savings account, are getting an extra 0.1% in interest. But in a debate about that, have to pay extra taxes on that interest.
