Police clearance report

I am saying that we never got notification. The first notification of rejection came from our local office one week after the first appt. The woman who did his biometrics a second time said they will be rejected again and we'll have to get a police report. No word since then and EAD and AOS have not been touched.

I got the police report today and I will send it with receipt notices and an explanation.

Sending the police report to the NBC makes more sense. Yes, I would include a photocopy of the Receipt Notice to help them connect your mailing with the case file.

Are you saying that you have not been notified that the fingerprints were rejected a second time? Or that there was a second notification but it did not contain any instructions for what to do next...

Let me explain more. My husbands biometrics were rejected twice because his fingers are burned and very dry due to his work he had been doing in the past few months.

The USCIS phone line is who told me to send it to the office where we had biometrics but I agree that it sounds strange and incorrect. I just got off the phone with them again and this time she told me to get the report and send it to Missouri where our case is pending so that's what we're going to do.

..... When we had our infopass appt. I asked what we would have to do if they were rejected again and the woman said get a local police report. I assumed we would be notified of the second rejection along with instructions as to what actions to take next.
