hello! a few quick question here...

hoping to fedex my aso documents off to the uscis chicago lockbox on tuesday, but before i do i just have a few questions...

i just read on here that it is recommended to file the i-131 form even if you are not definitely going to use it and that you can just write “unknown” for date of intended departure....but i also read that you need to provide evidence as to why you need to travel....is this correct or can you simply just write “unknown” or that you are planning to visit your parents for vacation in part 4 of the i-131 and not send any evidence?

i am also sending a copy of my passports bio page, k-1 page, i-94 (front and back). i also read it asks for the entry stamps...is this all your entry stamps or just the entry stamp you get from your last entry into usa? also, does it matter if the copies are in black or white or do they need to be in color?

thanks for help

You do not need to provide evidence. You do not even get to Part 4 of the I-131 form if you are applying for non-DACA advance parole. You skip from Part 3 question 3 to Part 7.

Last entry stamp. Blank and white is fine.
