Good day VJ's , can anyone knows if I can still file for unmarried child age 21 older while NVC is still processing

my other child VISA, your response is greatly appreciated, God Bless.

If you are not a greencard holder yet then no, you cannot file for your child.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hi Penguin thanks for response, I am LPR and i just filed my son's Visa" Bringing family members to USA and he was approved 10 months only

after I filed and I have another child also to petition 23 yrs old and is that okay If I file I 130 while me as petitioner waiting for VISA number in NVC for my son?

will not affect the process of my waiting process from NVC? thanks again

Per the timeline you have a green card so yes you can file. You have to wait for a visa number to be available and then hope the child doesn't age out.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
