For what month filers are the I-130's getting processed right now at NBC ? Any Idea ?

march filer here pd march 19 havent heard s.... yet! today is my hubby and I anniversary and we are separatr this suckss !! I hope soon we all get it approved

got married October 12th, 2012

hubby tried living in Panama but it was hard to get use to

he left on Nov 2012

Apply on March 2013

PD March 19th, 2013

Transferred to Nebraska SC Nov 08 2013

Contacted congressman on Jan 2014

Sent an email to NSC on Jan 8th 2014

Last update on our case was on Jan 31st 2014 :(

Place 2 e-request on March 2014 :ranting:

Contacted another congressman March 28TH 2014

NOA2 28th March 2014 yeahhhh babyyyyy :dancing:

Your I-130 was approved in 374 days from your NOA1 date.

Got NOA2 Hard Copy March 31st 2014 :thumbs:

File got to NVC on April 14th .. waiting for a case number still

MAY 19 got case number

Paid AOS fee May 21st

Filed DS 260 July 6th, now is on us to get all the documents :)

Sent AOS package and IV on June

NVC RECEIVES PACKAGE ON JULY 22

We got a check list saying my IV package is not there :/??? SEPT 15TH 2014

MEDICAL EXAM OCTOBER 13TH

INTERVIEW SCHEDULED NOVEMBER 6TH 2014.

POE DEC 1ST 2014

NO GREEN CARD YET

3/5/13 - Sent I-130 (Phenix Lockbox) UPS Overnight

3/11/13 - Cleared the check

3/19/13 - NOA1 hard copies received, Priority Date 3/6/13 (MSC)

6/10/13 - Case was Touched

6/19/13 - call from senator office

7/8/13 - Case show up online as Initial Review for the first time

10/24/13 - Case transferred email (transferred to other USCIS office)

10/25/13 - Case transferred email (transferred to local USCIS office)

10/28/13 - Hard Copy transferred mail (CSC)

10/30/13 - Case update email (transferred and is now being processed)

11/4/13 - Case was Touched

11/22/13 - Received NOA2 via text/email (CSC) Moving on to NVC

11/29/13 - Received NOA2 Hard copy mail

12/2/13 - NVC Received file (at dock)

12/6/13 - NVC Received file (in building)

12/19/13 - Enter into Computer

12/20/13 - NVC Case & Invoice # assigned (Call NVC)

12/31/13 - DS-261 Available & Submitted (AOS, IV fee not available)

01/02/14 - AOS Bill Available & Paid

01/06/14 - Sent I-864 Package (Delivered on 1/7/14)

01/09/14 - NVC Scanned The I-864

01/13/14 - IV Bill Available & Paid

01/15/14 - IV Shows as 'PAID'

01/15/14 - DS-260 Available & Submitted

01/15/14 - Sent IV Package (Delivered on 1/16/14)

01/17/14 - NVC Scanned The IV Package

01/29/14 - Call NVC find out got Checklist ( they wanted job letter) I-864 is OK

01/30/14 - Received Checklist via email (said reviewed Ds-260 and instructed me to send in civil documents).

( Same email instructed me to submit job letter)

01/30/14 - Send Checklist(job letter)-( Delivered on 1/31/14)

02/03/14 - NVC scanned the checklist

02/07/14 - civil document review and accepted

02/24/14 - Case Complete

We are April filers - still in initial processing, called and got nothing i didn't already see online about our case, was just told to sit tight and wait..... yea, 'cuz that's so easy for all of us to do.....

1/7/14 - NVC received I129 and I130
2/11/14 - NVC case assigned
2/11/14 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid; DS261 completed
2/14/14 - AOS Bill showed as Paid
2/24/14 - AOS Packet arrived at NVC
2/27/14 - IV Bill Invoiced

2/28/14 - IV Bill Paid - heart.gif 1st WEDDING ANNIVERSARY (apartcray5ol.gif)

3/4/14 - IV Bill showed as Paid

3/6/14 - DS260 completed

3/11/14 - IV Packet delivered to NVC

3/13/14 - IV Packet logged in at Nvc

3/27/14 - CASE COMPLETE :dance:

It seems like its random. I've seen some January, February, March, and April files get approved recently

To me it looks like different field offices are at different processing dates because of different workloads. *shrugs*

I'm the beneficiary.

I'm Feb & no news still wating its 7months & 16 days .Its really sucks .i wonder what is going on Over there .The probelem you keep call them but no one will give you an answer .!!The Only thing they ask you to do is waiting waiting waiting ......protest6wz.gifprotest6wz.gifprotest6wz.gif

feb filer and upset i filed the k3 wrong... and gave up on it... maybe i could have been with my husband by now
