Just wanted to let all Same Sex couples out there know that our application was approved tonight. I had stressed so much about RFE, I replied and they received 10/09/13 and we got the status update text message tonight, and low and behold USCIS website updated with approved message. I hope everyone waiting will enjoy the same excitement that we feel tonight soon!!!!! dancin5hr.gifgood.gif

Wow, I'm really surprised. I know it's supposed to be legal but so many states are still giving couples problems. I'm really happy for you both; it's so hard being apart from the one you love. Congratulations!

2/14/14 My husband boarded the plane for Cuidad Juarez

So how long do we wait before calling NVC for case number?

Congratulations! Our NOA2 was 7/26 and we were issued the NVC case number on 10/6. I called the Dept. of State telephone number, there was no wait and they have the same information as NVC. 202-485-7600, immediately press 1 then 0 and you will get a live person. Good luck!
