You say fiance, but then mention adjustment of status. Doesn't that have to be done after you're married, making him your husband?

Also, define how he's "acting very funny."

Well... I hate to say it but that sounds pretty solidly like you've been scammed I'm sorry to say.

I'm not sure if you can pull the adjustment. Someone more knowledgeable about that will most likely come along.

You should confront her and if she is, indeed, wanting to leave after she gets her green card, you could try contacting USCIS and letting them know you believe you have been scammed. I am very sorry for you, I can't imagine how bad that must hurt. Before acting hastily please speak with her and make sure it isn't just someone being jealous and spreading lies.

Very strange seeing that in your former threads you said your fiancee' is a "he", now you say "she" and if you are married it would be spouse not fiance, your story isn;t adding up

I echo Brian's post -

withdraw the I-864, affadavit of support.

Do that, and there is no way she can adjust status and no way she'll receive a green card .

You could certainly mail off the letter of withdrawal via postal mail (certified, tracking, etc) but you could also walk in to a local USCIS office (best done via an infopass appointment - see http://infopass.uscis.gov ) and give it over to an immigration officer.

It's the weekend - practice writing up the letter of withdrawal on the I-864, then when yer ready, do stuff on Monday.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

This story doesn't add up all the way around. I don't know why someone from Spain would want to get a green card and go back. For the most part Spaniards can travel and do what they want just like USA citizens can. There perhaps is a lot more to this story than the OP is letting on.
