Dear All, Thanks for the help. Really this is great forum for DV lottery Help. My Case number is like this
2014AS000002XX6 (My Country DV lottery Quota for 2014 is 6 thousand +, and my number is 2 thousand +)
I checked my status few weeks before, once I was going to apply for 2015, I saw check your status of DV 2014, so I checked with my 2014 Confirmation number and I am lucky to see Case Number with Offer Letter. I called on same day to Kentucky number and gave my case number, they told me follow instruction on the website (that is step 2 and three - send the education check documents and filled form) Which I have not done due to following reason which I want to as here in this forum.

My country most of DV offered people go to consultancy and process through them (sending documents, correspondence, idea etc with some fee) Shall I do the same or do myself ( since I am educated and can handle myself), furthermore, it is not mentioned anywhere in DV official site that the document they need can be sent scan copy or need hard copy? When I consulted some consultancy in my country, each are asking more documents (like my father, mother, wife's father, wife's mother, etc details) which are not mentioned on DV official site?
Up now in my life I have lived and worked almost 4-5 countries more than (12 months) do I need police clearance from all? Some countries I left almost 10 years before and it is very hard to get such document due to political problem there. What is solution in that case? I am married with one kid now. Kid birth was after the DV application and before DV section, what shall I do for my son to include in DV? Since my baby is small, I would like to leave my wife and kid for at least one and half year in my country and I go US and settle myself first and called them later, is it possible? If yes, how shall I proceed?
What will be the cost of over all process and how much money I have to bring USA for first time? Will I have to search job myself in USA after arrival there or government system will find job in my area where ever in US they want? Do I have choice and work to USA anywhere I like? Can I process for job online from now, showing company that I will get my DV visa soon.. what is chances of getting job?

1. How much money you bring with you is up to you. If you don't have friends or relatives in the US who can give you temporary shelter before you're set up yourself, I would not dare venture off to the US without something like $10,000 at least.

2. You will have to find a job on your own. A Diversity Visa is a visa allowing you to live an work in the US, it is not a work assistance program. The US government is not responsible for finding you a job.

3. You can live and/or work in any of the 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa or Guam.

4. Yes, you can apply for as many jobs as you like. Whether they'll hire you or not is up to the employer. No one can tell you your chances of getting a job. It's not a turkey shoot with set odds. If you qualify for the job, and the employer decides to hire you, the job is yours. If you don't qualify, or the employer does not want to hire you, you won't get the job.

DV lottery winners can do thing themselves. You will not get free anything when you get here , You will not be able to take most govern aid for the first 5 years. You need to find a place to stay , find a job on your own. Most online apps ask if you are permitted to work in the US and stop you when you aren't ( don't lie it can cause huge immigration issues like false claims to citizenship ) If you know others from your country talk to them and what parts of the US they like best. The choice parts are expensive to live. Some areas the smallest oldest places can cost more than 500,000 US dollars.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I just wanted to sum up the quick process of Diversity Lottery

1) You register for lottery in october and get chosen on may 1st

2) Fill out online form to notify consulate you want to proceed, in 3 weeks you should get a notice to proceed via mail

3) Prepare a package of filled out form DSP-122 form DS-230 I and II part and two photos and send the packet to Kentucky Consulate

4) Start obtaining all the Civil documents and attend your medical examination.

5) Prepare/attend for interview and pay all the fees

6) Fly to USA with all your documents and receive green at the border control.

If I left something out please correct me

You have to wait until your number is current , some will never get a chance to interview. You must show that you qualify educationally , all family members pay the fee if they plan to immigrate as dv lottery winners. If the winner gets kicked out then all the fees are lost. You get a stamp on entry a green card shortly after.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I'm not sure where your step 2 comes from? Unless things have changed the way you notify them is by sending in your forms, and you don't get any communication automatically from them until your interview letter.

Also you don't get your physical green card at the border, though you do get a temporary one when they stamp your passport for entry.

And just to ensure you know "paying all fees" is two steps: the $330 visa interview fee at the consulate, and the $165 immigrant fee which you pay online after you receive your visa but before you enter the US.
