An applicant cannot get visas in another country unless they have a legal permit to live there

seem after the approval they found out the person is the citizen from another island where

there is a US consulate....only like citizens of Belize , Cayman & a few other does interview in

another Island- Jamaica, because that Embassy covers those countries.

They are putting U at task to get marry and file spousal visa if bonafide, if its for convenience they

hoping one will get fed up & walk away...deal off ( I am not saying its not real just explaining)

They said: I regret to advise that the information has come to light that required that we return the K-1 petition to the national visa center. We will not be able to issue the K1 visa as we had initially indicated.

Then you have 3 choices.

1. wait for the petition to arrive back with USCIS - they will determine whether or not to re-adjudicate it, a notice of intent to Deny/Revoke may or may not be issued back to the petitioner via postal mail. If petitioner does receive that, then there is a chance, must submit whatever they ask for plus relationship evidence or

2. file a new I-129F, adding in additional relationship evidence or

3. get married, file an I-130, chasing after a CR-1 visa.

Good Luck, whatever you two decide to do.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I am still trying to get my head around a stroke interview....

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
