Hello,

I am the petitioner from the U.S. and my fiance is in Italy. The NVC has received our NOA2 yesterday and now it is being forwarded to the embassy in Naples, Italy. Any advice for what to do next?

Look in the Europe forum and see what others in Italy do.

in the Uk once it is received in London they send the beneficiary instructions on what to do next, forms to send in and so on. I imagine it will be similar but these things are embassy specific.

Contact the embassy via e-mail or call them. If you'd like advice from people who had their interview and whatnot, look the consulate reviews and try to message members of VJ asking what they did to prepare/ book their medical and interview.

Yep, contacting by phone or e-mail is a good way to go for Naples. :) They could notify you via e-mail once the Packet 3 is ready to be sent and once your appointment is scheduled. It's always good to stay on top of things and to be on their minds.

I contacted the Embassy via email and they confirmed that they have received our case. They also attached a zip file with all of the Packet 3 documents and requirements. I asked if they would physically mail Packet 3 and they said no, just email. (I assumed they would mail it from reading all of the reviews). In the Packet 3, it only says the beneficiary needs to email the Applicant's Statement (which is only a paper that he signs his name). All of the supplemental documents are to be presented at the interview. Is this true? Do we just wait for the interview to hand in all physical documents?
