Packet 3: no I-134?

So I finally received packet 3 today and I'm a bit confused... it doesn't say anything about the I-134 (Affidavit of Support). When is that due? And do I have to fill out the DS-160 online?

Any help is appreciated :-)

The checklist from the the consulate in Frankfurt states under point 7 that you need to send the Affidavit of Support: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/frankfurt/9318/consular_pdf/Instructions%20for%20Fiancee%20Visa%20Applicants.pdf

Also on the consulate website it states that you have to fill out the DS-160 online: http://germany.usembassy.gov/visa/iv/step3/#kvisa

When in doubt, just e-mail the consulate. You could also ask in our German-speaking community here on VJ. Nov. 21, 2016: BBG approval notice received (p/u at German Honorary Consulate, OKC: Feb. 6, 2017)
Dec. 8, 2016: N-400 sent
Dec. 12, 2016: Priority Date (NBC)

Jan. 9, 2017: Biometrics Appointment

Aug. 31, 2017: In-Line for Interview

Sept. 6, 2017: Interview Scheduled

Oct. 16, 2017: Interview

Oct. 25, 2017: Oath Appointment Letter received
