eb242:
Hi VO, thank you for your correspondence, it has been very informative. I'm about to Frontload a K-1 visa petition because it has be advised that high fraud consulates require additional proof of a bonafide relationship with the initial I-129f (i.e. chat logs, emails, call logs, detailed & thorough declaration of how we met for #34a, letters, and maybe even notarized letters from both our parents verifying our relationship is real) besides the mandatory proof of meeting within 2 years. There is a never ending conversation about to frontload or not to frontload, and if you do frontload, what is the appropriate amount of documents you would like to see from the petitioner?

Ohhhhhhhhhh please don't frontload. When we get a great big fat frontloaded case, my first thought is, "This is either going to be really good or really bad." Some people frontload because they really do have tons of genuine evidence and want to share it, and others frontload because the relationship isn't bona fide and they want to smother us in paper so we won't notice. (Also, notarized letters from other people attesting to the veracity of the relationship are not useful at all. I can make you a really nice-looking one in about 15 minutes right now, including a "stamp" from a "notary." )

We are much more concerned with the beneficiary's ability to credibly discuss the relationship than we are in the documents.

That said, for people reading this who have already frontloaded, don't worry, we won't hold it against you. We will just make sad muttering sounds about trees being killed before we call you to the window.

The scammer checklist regularly posted posted on the sub Saharan forum here advises a lot of front loading because the acammers that are on this site need the additional evidence.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Yeah, I've seen in the Accra reviews in the past, the FSSs going through the stuff before the CO, or the CO him/herself, get pissy about all the stuff... and NigeriaorBust has a good point, also when tons of info is included that's got to bring about suspicions of fraud.

So what about when you submit the evidence in the end and they say "need more evidence"? Or when they are in a pissy mood when you bring loads of evidence to the embassy and because at that particular moment they dont feel like going through your stuff? I guess you cant win for losing....My husband and I frontloaded with our CR1 and we are not scammers. I did it because we do have three trips and three years worth of evidence to show them and I dont want to hear them say "we need more". Man is never satisfied, I wish they could set their issues outside issues aside when they come to work and do what they were hired to do. Like I always say Prayer and power...

The problem is that scammers have read about having evidence of bonifide relationships and have developed lists they share of what is "needed" to get a visa Everytime someone gets denied something new gets added to the list . I think the post used here on VJ lists about 20 things to include. The more the scammers use this template the more legit people have to work harder at proving a bonifide relationship. I have long thought lie detectors are the way to go at high fraud consulates.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
