Hi, last Sept. 20, 2013 I received an email that NVC has assigned a case number for me which includes Invoice number so I sent DS261 online and paid AOS fee online. Meanwhile the status for my 2 children (ages 13 and 20) is still NOT INVOICED meaning I still cannot pay and proceed application of DS260 online. I have emailed and asked NVC inquiry to expedite my case last Oct. 2, 2013 and on Oct. 4, received an email from them allowing the case to be expedited and giving me instructions that once they received payment and documents, they will begin processing our papers. It says:

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case once we

have all the fees, forms, and documents. You can pay your fees and
submit Form DS-260 at ceac.state.gov. Please send everything else to
nvcinquiry@state.gov (type "ATTN: P Supervisor" in the subject line of
the email) or to this address:

National Visa Center
ATTN: P Supervisor
31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915

When you send all the forms and documents and pay all the fees we will
review them. If nothing is missing, we will send the file to the U.S.
Embassy or Consulate.

My question is, when I get their Invoice number and pay for it, will I send all my civil documents, Police clearances via email and scanned? Or do I still have to send it to them by mail? Or do i show all the original documents during the interview (once they give me IL)? My daughter will turn 21 on December 4, and i am worried that if they give me an interview date later then her birthday, she might not be eligible at that time, although when i called them up, they said that she is in the Child protection act or something.

Thank you for taking time to read this, if anybody can give me insights, it would be a great help for someone who is anxiously waiting for results everyday, lol. Thank you in advance and may God bless us all!

Jenny
