You say "not always". You sound like you have some experiences you might share with us. Please give us some of your sage wisdom on this topic. I am here to learn how to get my K-1 approved.

I have seen plenty of examples of where B's have been given and should not have been and vice versus.

You will find many examples of where a K1 has been issued and should not have been, seems reasonable to assume there are examples the other way.

You are dealing with a partly at least subjective subject.

I wish you could say that their decisions were fair and textbook. But maybe if computers were making these decisions we would have a more fair chance rather. I guess the judge, jury and executioner in this case is a human being, so prayer might be helpful. Thank you for your insight!

It would certainly be possible, I have a feeling that many on here would not like the result.
