A Round of I-129F Questions

Hello all. My partner and I just printed out the initial forms to start the K1 application, and already a few questions are coming to mind. If you could help us out on any of them at all we'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

1. We're both living in the UK at the moment, although at separate addresses. Is it safe and fine to put my UK address on the forms as my home address (which it is until July 2014), or would it be better to put my parents' address back home in the states, where I lived before coming here?

2. I was under the impression that the filing location depended on where you live, but this website (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=a10e4154d7b3d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD) appears to give only one address for filing. I'm assuming that's the one we use no matter what?

3. On question 28 of the I-129F it asks where your fiance intends to live in the states. How accurate does this need to be? We plan on moving back to the States together next fall (if the visa is done on time...) but we won't know our exact address until then. We'll likely stay with my parents for a couple weeks, so should I use that?

4. I'm currently getting a master's at a UK university, and I'm curious if I could perhaps use something that shows I'm a student here as part of our proof of relationship. I could include proof that I'm a student as well as lots of train tickets that show my partner and I visit each other on a regular basis (he's about an hour away). Would this be acceptable?

5. On part four of the I-129F it asks for phone numbers of the petitioner and gives exact boxes to fill in. However, since I'm living in the UK at the moment I only have a UK number and it's too long to fit in the boxes. Would it look too sloppy if I wrote it out to the side? Should I attach something to explain it?

Thanks very much for any help you can offer!

I've just recently filed a 129f petition and had it accepted. I can safely answer the 2nd question. Yes, you ship it to the dallas lockbox facility. Once it is accepted over there, it is shipped to the service center closest to your location in the states. In my case for example, it was sent to California service center. As I'm from here.

Good luck on your journey :D
