Yup same here! xD

The worst part is that the last update was on Nov 4th for me, and I can't help thinking that they have not touched our case ever since. And it is SO frustrating to see people who filled DAYS before me with their NOA2. I guess we have no other choice but to wait....

Ditto! Alien registration # changed on November 1st and then it got touched on November 4th. NOA1 on 10/31 and there are people who got NOA1 on 10/30 who already have NOA2! Nerve-wracking! Did I forget to sign anything? Will they request additional evidence? Will the whole process suddenly slow down again and take months even though it seems like it should happen in the next week or two? So many questions! This process is crazy!

Wow xD I didn't even got touched.... On Nov 4th they changed my A#.... and nothing ever since. I am guessing they probably haven't even started processing my file.... oh lovely xD I am depressed now!

I want to believe they will not RFE us for more evidence, since we have seen each other 5 times in the past 2 years.... but then again it is not a guarantee either. I filled on Oct 28th, 3 days after you.

I am freaking out now..... -running around in circles like a headless chicken!-

Hi everyone!!!

I'm so excited for those who have gotten their NOA2's!! I have been trying to stay busy with work, but I still check my status everyday!! I know that it is really lame because I do have the texting set up!!

I have a question!! I read about people seeing their files "touched" where are they seeing these updates? I don't see anything like that. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance!!

Stay happy and positive!!! Good things are in store for all of us!!!

cheers!!

Congrats! I have the exact same dates for mine but no NOA2 yet. I wonder if it will take longer to run background checks or if they do things more thoroughly since my fiance is from the MIddle East. Of course I'll probably never know. :)

my fiance sent a request for expedite on nov 14, he is to be deployed january. on nov 18 they emailed us that they received the request and the supporting documents and that they have completed the review on our case and a few hours later they sent us our NOA2, does this mean they have approved the expedite or is the approval due to the normal process of things since it's been more than a month since our NOA1? if the expedite is approved does it also mean that it would be expedited at nvc? his orders sent to uscis says that he is to deploy on january

Oct 11, 2013 : sent I-129f

Oct 15, 2013 : NOA1 (email & text)

Oct 22, 2013 : alien registration number changed

Nov14, 2013 : expedite request sent
