What's your timeline like? And where did you file?

I hope I get mine real soon!!! Case hasn't been touched since change of alien registration number on 1st Nov 2013!

Sent petition on 10/11. Noa1 on 10/19. alien number changed in 10/22. noa2 on 11/14. Mines was sent to California service center.

Congratulation smang!!!!!.......This is pretty cool to start seeing October filer receiving NOA2 approvals.......That gives us November filers some hope.

Just got my NOA1! No email or text but I just checked my case on the website and it says:

On November 13th, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This is great news but a little bittersweet. My fiancée is starting to get cold feet. Hopefully this will warm her up a bit.

Seems like CSC is giving out approvals really quickly. Congratulations!! to all the October Filers who have received approvals so far. Everyone else keep praying a breakthrough is coming.

It pretty much sucks to see October filers getting approvals before September filers. there's no order!!!!

Jess&Mohamed I know exactly how you feel. From your timeline I see that you filed at the Texas Service Center they have not approved any October filers as yet. All these October approvals are coming from CSC. I checked the processing trends and they are working on those who filed in the last week of September at the Texas Service Center. For us it will be a month (tomorrow 11/15/13). Our NOA1 was dated 10/15/13 and we are at TSC. I wish I could have him with me as soon as possible, but I am ok with waiting as long as everything goes smoothly!!

Hey! My fiancé is in Utah! He's currently living in southern Utah but he's originally from the north. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life, especially in the snow! ^^

Good luck! hoping people who filed in early October start seeings NOA2's soon so those of us who filed later October/November will see that things are still moving fast!

Utah is pretty gorgeous indeed! I can't wait for the first time my fiance gets to see these beautiful mountains, the valleys, canyons, red rock country, trees, rivers, etc. It's a LOT different from the huge city he lives in in Egypt! (Of course, Alexandria DOES have the Mediterranean Sea. I won't complain about going to visit as often as possible!) I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that your sweetheart is in St. George. Am I right?

Yep he's in St. George!! ^^ And haha the first time I arrived in Utah I just stared at the mountains for ages like 'woah that's beautiful!' i'm sure he will think the same!

I'm sure Egypt is awesome too! I bet it's very hot there though haha xD

Also it's awesome to see the NOA2's coming in for you October filers!! Gives some hope to us over in the November thread! Hoping the rest of you in here get your NOA2's ASAP! ^^
