hey! me and my fiance's is the same as yours almost, just a day later on both dates xD we sent ours October 30th and tracking said it got there Nov 1st ^^ (so we're october and november filers haha!) we haven't gotten an NOA1 yet either, but its good news that they've cashed your check! biggrin.png

So if it all goes right, we should be getting ours a day after yours tongue.png (or maybe the same day!)

-30th oct 2013: sent I-129f package

-1st nov 2013: package arrived at lockbox

-6th nov 2013: received noa1 email/text

-8th nov 2013: alien registration number changed

-15th nov 2013: noa1 hard copy arrived

-19th nov 2013: noa2!!!!

-17th dec 2013: nvc receive

-23rd dec 2013: consulate receive

-15th jan 2014: medical done

-3rd feb 2014: found out interview date via email

-7th feb 2014: received interview letter

-14th feb 2014: interview APPROVED!!!!!! <3

-22nd feb 2014: visa in hand

-26th feb 2014: POE New York JFK

-26th feb 2014: together <333

K1 journey over! Next stop AOS! married! :D

AOS <3

-23rd may 2014 send paperwork with USPS

-26th may 2014 usps says delivered!

-2nd june 2014: NOA1 texts received

-4th june 2014: biometrics letter receive

-26th june 2014: biometrics appointment

-6th august 2014: EAD card production ordered!!!!

yay! got our NOA1!! so on my timeline when it says " Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 22, 2013 andJanuary 1, 2014*. " does that mean thats when they will send a RFE if i need one or is that when we will get the NOA2?!?! im clueless ;) ;)

That's is ion VJ's time lines yes?

Because of the recent government shutdown, USCIS started processing cases MUCH faster (like giving NOA2 within a month of NOA1). Now, we also know VJ takes all the data people put in their timelines and makes statistics. This statistics have been altered because of this fast processing times.

SO, long story short, the website thinks they will keep processing that fast and it's guesstimating your NOA2 for Dec 22nd - Jan 1st. xD

I would really hope if it kept going that way, but I highly doubt it.

Makes you wish you had filled earlier hu? x_X Me too! xD

Anyway, hope this was somewhat helpful.

I have heard people say that USCIS started processing the cases much faster after the shut down.

We sent our package on the 23rd of October and on Nov 6th my fiancee's alien number has changedwow.gif

I am soo grateful and happy. We are one step closer to start living our dreamheart.gif

- October 23rd I-129F package sent

-October 30th NOA 1 Received(Hard Copy)

-November 6th Alien Registration Number changed

11/20/13 NOA2 approved(Never did know it got approved until nearly a month later).

12/17/13 Fiance was called by embassy to report there.

12/22/13 Received hardcopy that NVC Received approved K-1 packet from USCIS.

1/4/14 Medical evaluation.

1/22/14 Interview approved but need police certificate so visa can be issued.

1/24/14 Received visa.
