No news for me either. I called last week and request to speak to a Tier 2. He said he can put in a request to see what's going on with my application. He said it may take a couple of weeks to get some type of answer. stilll waiting. Noa1 was oct 17th no allien reg. # change yet, nothing. Soo frustrating sometimes ClockWatch2.gif

Ohhh I thought we had to wait until the 5 months were up to be escalated to a tier 2. I'll call today and request the same, thanks!!

Me too, no alien # assigned, no updates, nothing.

I though the same thing. I told him I was worry and very concern my application could be lost. so he said he was going to make a request to the Texas center and I should hear something from them in a couple of weeks. That's better than nothing I guess. Good luk

I guess your representative was very leniant. I called in and I tried and I tried but he wouldn't submit a service request or send me to a Tier 2 rep becuase I'm still in the 5month wait period. I'll keep just keep trying. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that. Try again in a few days and see if you get someone different. This waiting game is suck...serious! Best of luck to us

Been more than 2 months for our case number since we got our NOA2 on the Nov 25th 2013! cray5ol.gif
Called USCIS and they said they would send it ASAP and to call back in 15 days if we still don't get notice that it's sent but it's already going on 11 days since we called and they still haven't sent it to NVC yet.

What else can we do?
We've called NVC and emailed them and they're pretty much telling us that they can't do anything because USCIS hasn't sent our case to them.
Should we call USCIS again?

Anyone going through the same thing here?
Really thankful we got our NOA2 but it's taking a long time for USCIS to get it to NVC! ranting33va.gif

around 11pm tonight I received a text message and an email that our alien registration number had changed!!! I know thia doesn't mean much because some people wait months between alien registration number and approval, but I'm taking it as a good sign, that something is finally changing and hopefully for the better!
