My NOA2 was July 19th and NVC still has not received anything from USCIS. I was originally in Vermont but they sent it to Texas and it was quickly approved. They say it's been sent out but nothing so far. I'm quite a bit concerned as I've emailed NVCResearch called dozens of times and nothing but attitude and "we can't help you, call the other dept". Does anyone know what I'm suppose to be doing now? I feel like I'm out of options.
