NVC still didn't receive NOA2 after 3 weeks????

We got the approval of NOA2 on the 12th of September but we got the mail on the 16th of September.

We've been calling NVC but until yesterday they didn't receive our case yet :( should we be worried?

What should we be doing now? should i follow the date 12th or 16th?

Help please!!! Thank you so much!

April 1, 2010 met in person in Czech Republic                                                   Sept 15, 2013 applied for SSN

May 2010 my first visit in USA                                                                            Sept 23, 2013 recieved SSN

June 2010 I spent 3 months in USA                                                                   Sept 26, 2013 Tdap, MMR vaccines

August 2, 2013 package left NVC

August 8, 2013 package recieved by the embassy

August 12, 2013 package 3 recieved

August 22,2013 interview....approved!

August 26, 2013 visa recieved

August 29, 2013 POE - JFK

You should follow the date 12th. CSC to NVC is taking around 6-8 weeks.

Also from a few CSC I130 approved members whose case NVC received were from last week of August ( 23-27).So looks like NVC should receive your case sometime in the next two weeks. (or earlier if lucky).

  • 2013-11-01: Mailed i864 docs
  • 2013-11-01: IV fee available and paid
  • 2013-11-01: AOS Docs received at NVC ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-04 IV Supporting Docs mailed ( IV payment still shows as IN PROCESS...but moneys already withdrawn from account)

We have the same noa2 date... =) right now the noa2 august 27 from csc got there case number... we are almost there... i just hope our files are together with their files when it was ship... =)

It will take you around 6weeks especially from the CSC. They take longer in california

We have the same noa2 date... =) right now the noa2 august 27 from csc got there case number... we are almost there... i just hope our files are together with their files when it was ship... =)

lol!i think we still need to wait for about two weeks to get our MNL case number.hopefully we could meet up with those SLEC or on the interview sched, that would be wonderful!surely if im right with the estimate, November will be the sched on my interview..keep me posted leslie08..

43 days from our NOA2 date will make it the 17th Oct. I really really hope that is the case for us. I have medicals scheduled for 22nd Oct.

Thank you all for replying. It's such a comfort to see that i'm not the only one waiting for it. Hopefully we'll all get it soon :)

But does anyone of you know if we can start calling our local embassy for the interview date? or should i have my medical already? My. local embassy is in Abu Dhabi and to tell you the truth they are not that accommodating when it comes to k1 visa questions :(
