That had to be transcripts, not returns.

I'm pretty sure she wrote down on the affidavit how much she has in her bank & included used tax returns.

I only saw in the guide that tax returns were needed and that is what I told her, so I had no clue about the other documents that you listed. Do you think she has to send me those too?

And how so back to NVC?

I would get her to gather up those documents and send them to you so you can have them ready next week when you finally get the notice from the IO. Use the waiting period time wisely.

You case is NOT going back to NVC--yet. I was only trying to point out that had this been a denial then your case would be headed back to the NVC. Fortunately, your case is still at the Embassy/Consulate and you can overcome it fairly easily.

It is not enough to complete the information on the form. You need to include proof of the amount in savings, the value of the properties, and her income; otherwise you could write down any number you want. Have her gather up all the proof of these amounts and send it to you. At least these can be sent via e-mail and printed out as ordinary legible copies.

Simplest solution is to get a co sponsor with adequate income.

Hey y'all!

I was wondering if it's possible to move to America, without needing a visa?

Any replies are welcome

Lots of Mexicans do it every day.

I never said I'd do that, so do not even link me to any of that.
I was just wondering, it was a simple question. sleep.png

You asked a question, it was answered. You cannot choose the manner in which someone answer's a question. That is something beyond your control. :)

As answered; no.

If there was, do you think anyone would be wasting their time with this whole process?

Come on now, you already know the answer to that.
