8/02/2013 CFO passed!
8/07/2013 NOA 2!!!

Sept 28, 2013....priority date ko was 3/4/2013..almost 7 months before I get the approval

Gathered all the civil documents for ds-260

and fill up the form AOS and supporting documents

U can get the form online use the new version of all the forms

Good luck about the medical my advice is when u r waiting the case complete , maybe u can go for advance medical

Timeline for my Mother

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

ADVANCE MEDICAL @ St. Luke - SEPTEMBER 23, 2013

CASE COMPLETE AS OF TODAY : OCTOBER 23,2013

what do you mean by new version of all forms? how to do that?

go to the uscis website download there the new version of the form.

you're good to go,pay your visa fee,attend cfo seminar,you can do it prior to medical

Does parent need to attend CFO? i thought they don't have to..

go to the uscis website download there the new version of the form.

Hi did you schedule for an interview now? I am wondering if do I have to wait a letter from US embassy before scheduling for an interview. In your case what did you do?

I have now my MNL Case Number. Do I have to wait for my packet 3 before scheduling for an interview?

If your petition was an I-130 you do not schedule the interview. NVC does that.

Ours took a bit over 2 months from approval to receipt of interview date.

And then the interview was a month out!!

Thanks for your help.

EVERYONE MUST do CFO before leaving the Philippines!

Those over 60 don't need to do the one on one and they can have some one else file the papers it needed but the filer must have permission paperwork as well.
