Hey everyone,

Yeah, I am frustrated just like everyone else because of waiting for visa that's why I am writing. Maybe somebody can help me and if not, I'll feel better anyways, nothing to lose.

So our priority date: Oct 2002,

Interviewed whole family (6 members) Aug 2013

3 of my family members were given visas and the CO said he have an okay news for rest of 3 that they will receive visa after some AP. Can be weeks (that was apparently not true), can be months (maybe), can be years (let's hope not). So my half of family got their visa printed on passport within like a week or so. and rest 3 are still waiting.

After exactly one month I wrote to Embassy about AP and I was surprised that they said their records doesn't indicate any AP on our case and on contrary to that rest of 3 family members still need to apply for visas. So I wrote them back giving some more details that it's not true as they have our passports, and visa fees were submitted and online system shows rest of family in AP. They didn't reply, I wrote again like 2 more times, no replies. I decided to wait sometime before bothering them again and here I am, frustrated and waiting.

Any suggestions what should I do?

Thanks guys

Really appreciate these forums
