They blame the Koch Brothers for wanting to "de-fund" Obamacare by giving all Americans the same waivers Obama gave...to the Koch Brothers.

No one is trying to "de-fund" Obamacare, no one is trying to "stop" Obamacare. They are only asking to suspend penalties for not signing up for one year, the way Obama did for Walmart and the Koch Brothers

But, "it is their car" and they are not going to negotiate.

Well ideally they would have got business out of healthcare all together and implemented a single payer system. But this is the compromise they all came to. The insurance industry was in on that.

Democrats, Republicans, insurance companies, pharmaceutical corporations all knew what they were getting. Anyone blowing steam at this point is just for show.
