I received RFE after my interview for AOS .USCIS is asking for my divorce decree and martial status history of how and when i met my ex spouse and if we lived together and why we got divorced and why i remarried..I need to submit sworn statement. My sibbling filled petition for me and so it not marriage based adjustment of status. My ex was from another country and he never lived in US and my present spouse is also not a citizen .What should I submit along with sworn statement.I am really confused as some says I should submit pictures and other documents and my lawyer says sworn statement should be enough.

A sworn statement by you detailing your relationship history with your ex along with your divorce decree should be fine. I don't see any reason to include pics.

Thanks.I could not decide earlier.I will keep updating,
