Hello everyone, i am just starting the K-1 visa process, and i have a question about the letter of intent, does this letter need to be notarized? Im feeling a bit overwhelmed with the whole process, and any help would be great.

Hey there. We did not have to notarize our letter of intent, just signed it. :) Our application was accepted on July 17th and my fiance has his appointment Nov. 1st!!! :)

no need to notarize it.... just make sure you send both, one signed by you and another one signed by your fiance(é)... sign it in blue to avoid any request for evidence.... just in case :)
