If you are going to take Benadryl, I suggest just take 1 since you are not aware of how your body reacts to it. We all react differently to it. I myself take 2 because 1 is not enough to put me to sleep, but others have low tolerance with medications. And if you are one of those people with low tolerance, I dont want you to fall asleep too deep that you made a roundtrip back to the Philippines without knowing (exaggerating, but you get the point). Pag gising mo para kang bangag at ayoko naman kinakausap ka sa POE mo eh para kang wala sa sarili
