Our local Krogers just stoped doubling

She bagged four 50 dollar watches last week at Target for under ten bucks

The had a buy any jewelry item get another free with no limit. She bought a two dollar pair of ear rings and got the watch free.

Walmart mistakenly priced the Rachel Ray 132 dollar cook set at 26 dollars. We scores that also

Retailers screw up and the word spreads on the coupon groups

My wife didn't drive the first 3 years she was here. Her getting a drivers license has dropped my shopping trips to almost zero. I wish I did it sooner

I encouraged, but ultimately she just flat does not want to. Maybe at some point

Truth is with me not working I don't mind driving her to CVS or somewhere a few times a week

The key to not going crazy is finding a comfy chair and reading or surfing , while she shops

There are worse habits than going and scoring lots of stuff for next to nothing

If there is ever a solar pulse, I have enough feminine products and Dawn Dish Soap to keep the local women s college in biz for a year.

1. Have you and she gotten into garage sales? You could at least then be involved in the process, because of all the guy stuff to potentially score. It's also instructive as gringo Free Enterprise in action.

2. Here, I'm probably even worse than is Mrs. T-B. re Dawn dish soap. On Sunday morn, I beeline it to the CVS and Walgreens flyers in the newspaper, then check the coupon inserts. I spent only (something like) 31% of regular price at Walgreens last week by snarfing up their specials. If we end up with too much dish soap, we can always pawn it and swallow the ticket.

We have done a couple of estate/Yard sales and you are right it was fun

CVS Sunday is a big deal here.She spends hours getting ready. She often snags 45-60 bucks worth of stuff we don't need and ends up with them giving her money back
