We have sent the paperwork that was asked at the Embassy when my boyfriend's visa was refused, but when I checked it today.. it still says refused but they already received the papers? Shouldn't it say AP or something?

And btw, how long do you think those papers will be processed? Hmm, just to have an insight.

Thanks, guysssssssss! rolleyes.gifgood.gif

You got notice that the embassy received the documents you sent back for the 221g? Just because the documents have been received by the embassy doesn't mean anyone is looking at your file, when that happens there will be an update... until then more patience.

No idea on how long... it varies with each case.

I'm not sure if he did, because I haven't talked to him in a couple of days due to my work schedule.. I talked to his mom earlier and she said that they were told that if after 60 days they haven't heard anything, they we would need to call the Embassy. That's what they were told. Ehhh, yeah, Hank. I know, patience.. patience. *Sigh*

Try to email or call the embassy and check on the status of the docs you have sent to them.

I emailed them, almost a month ago, no response still. :(
