just called the ustraveldocs call center, got my 2nd fav human, and was told the visa packet departed the consulate at 14:40 on the 11th, headed to Wuhan. SCORE ! Their online systems and email not have this status, I'm glad I called in. I've been stressing over this for a long week.

It's a good thing ! The visa packet left the IV Unit, courier picked it up, and it's headed north. She'll pick it up sometime next week.
