Move to Asia, after a while you'll discover you're addicted to rice. But yes sometimes I just gotta have some form of potatoes.

I like rice, but no way I could be addicted to it ;)

But a week without potatoes makes me anxious... :lol:

Addicted to potatoes then. When in Asia where potatoes are not common, and rice is served with ever meal, its easy to get addicted to the stuff.

I cuts em into pieces,

brush with olive oil on one side, throw down some salt and pepper,

then into an oven for a bit,

finally dipping them into the garlic/chive mayo that I make.
