Because you sneezed: "Yakutsk!" or similar, onomatopoeia man.

Yakutsk is a city in Siberia, so you say, si ma'am.

Hence the impeccably logical conclusion, see man.

I'm hot 'cuz I'm fly; you ain't, 'cuz you not...

The Yakuza originated from Siberia....

1. But not "bold" like some barracuda who works in real estate, or law. Egad, but they turn my stomach, gag man.

2. A week ago, bought 3 Jos. A. Bank ties. This eve, bought 3 more ties (Bill Blass, Claiborne, someone else). Total expenditure = $6 + tax, whee man. If I pay more than, say, $4 for a tie, it feels like I'm getting ripped off. If someplace wants more than that for one, I barely avoid replying "Who the dickens do you think you are -- Macy's?" The chicas at work (who are brutally opinionated re my fashionable appearance) are continually amazed at the elegance available in the resale stores, $i man.

you can have my grease stained ties :)

Hey did the earthquake affect your wifes family?

It's affected some cousins who are sleeping outdoors while the aftershocks continue. Others we've had no contact from as they live very remote and in the area where it hit the worst. Word will filter down eventually. But they all live in nipa huts, so odds are they're fine, but life will be disrupted for a while. Where Mama, the siblings and nieces live, all is just fine. They live far enough away that most people didn't even notice the quake, although reportedly it was felt in the area. You get so used to little quakes over there, unless its a bit bigger, you're not likely to notice it.

I've been watching the news over there and seeing the damage. Towns I've been to and enjoyed time in are now pretty badly messed up. One little island I stayed on had its bridges fall into the ocean. If you wanted water that wasn't brackish there, you got water that was trucked in, but that ain't happening without those bridges. The island of Bohol, which I'd thought about as a future home for us, is where the quake was the worst.

Good afternoon, everybody! smile.png

Oh, I HATE when they do that!!! girlwerewolf2xn.gif

I hate when a very large vendor of industrial parts which I regularly use changes their web site. The site is really too big as it is, and whenever they change it you can't find a damn thing, plus it always creates a ton of broken links so it really gets hard to find the information you need.

Oh and good evening or afternoon to you to. Its morning in my part of the world yet.

Got it this time!

Tho I thought it was something about "Yakutsk" sounding like sneeze lol.

But it still doesn't sound like a sneeze to me. I think my English needs some major improvements :D

Yeah, I hate when sites change their layouts without linking all the subsites the right way...

It's afternoon, tho it's gonna be evening in half an hour here ;)

That's why I rarely participate in discussions here, because I'm in dreamland when you're all discussing the world and all...

I'm back.....busy day. Had business lunch....now business dinner.....

####### I'm all sick and tired of eating out.......

And these clients, they like to order everything under the sun.....

So, to not make them feel uncomfortable (meaning pigs), I order everything under the sun........

Man I'm sick of eating out......

Wacko you getting this down?

If they order apetizer, you do it too. Dessert also....whatever they order, keep up with it......

Now a little trivia.......

Who pays?

I need a new job, nowish. Getting paid diddly squat to work my butt of is getting old.

Current pet peeve: not having credit, but needing credit to do anything that would build credit. How the heck am I ever going to get credit if nobody will approve me for anything since I don't have any? Grumble grumble.

TBone, in response to your question: hubby says rubio, and to be honest I'd never heard "suco" until you posted it. Hubby says suco is more so used for platinum blondes - think white blonde swedes (swede = sueco, which turned into suco, or so he says).

On a different note, I loathe posting from my phone and not being able to edit my posts to fix my typos. Grrr.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

credit? get a deposit secured card at capitalone.com . Then use it for 6 months, and try again with other card issuers.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Open a store credit card also. They'll approve anyone with no credit for 500 bucks, as long as you bought something.

I'm back from dinner at the Trading Post on John Street (no it's not full of Johns).....I took a picture for you Skipper. It's a boat from the era when you sailed the seas........

here it is :)

Thanks for the suggestions - will definitely look into it!

My BIL (sister's husband, not hubby's brother) has a boat, but I don't think it's anything fancy. I love going sailing, though! Always puts me straight to sleep.
